Franco builds AI pipelines that extract structured data from unstructured documents and cross-reference them at scale.
The methodology was developed after observing that every major corporate governance failure of the last two decades — WorldCom, Enron, Theranos, FTX — had signals visible in public SEC filings before the collapse. The signals were there. Nobody compared them.
